Hyundai AutoEver America, the IT solutions supplier affiliate of Hyundai Motor Group, had individuals' personal details breached following a cyberattack against its IT environment earlier this year, according to BleepingComputer.

Switzerland-based international bank Habib Bank AG Zurich had over 2.5 TB of data purportedly stolen by the Qilin ransomware group, Cybernews reports.

SonicWall has attributed the cyberattack against MySonicWall accounts that exposed certain firewall backup files in September to a state-sponsored threat actor, according to Security Affairs.

Askul, a Japanese office and household goods retailer, has revealed the compromise of customer and supplier information following a RansomHouse ransomware intrusion last month that purportedly led to the exfiltration of 1.1 TB of data, according to The Record, a news site by cybersecurity firm Recorded Future.

The University of Pennsylvania was claimed to have had data from nearly 1.2 million students, alumni, and donors compromised following the breach of its systems last week, just as the university dismissed hacking email notices from Penn.edu sent to alumni and students on Friday as fake, according to BleepingComputer.
