Strong demand for identity recovery fuels Cayosoft growth

Cayosoft has announced 76% year-over-year annual recurring revenue growth for 2025, driven by new customer wins across government and enterprise sectors, product innovations, and replacement deals displacing legacy vendors like Quest and Semperis, according to IT Brief Australia.

The company specializes in managing, monitoring, and rapidly recovering Microsoft identity environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. CEO Bob Bobel attributed the performance to delivering "mission-critical value" to customers reliant on identity systems to keep their businesses running. A key differentiator is its recovery technology, with analyst firm Paradigm Technica finding Cayosoft Guardian Instant Forest Recovery to be "at least 99% faster" than alternatives, transforming recovery from days into minutes.

The company shipped over 148 new features in 2025, launched the free threat detection tool Guardian Protector, and announced the upcoming Guardian SaaS. It also achieved SOC 2 Type II certification and garnered industry recognition, including being named a finalist for an InfoWorld 2025 Technology of the Year Award and appearing in seven Gartner reports. CISA has recognized Cayosoft on its Secure by Design page, underscoring its credibility in securing critical identity infrastructure.
