Hexaware acquires IAM specialist CyberSolve

In a strategic move to bolster its cybersecurity offerings, global IT services firm Hexaware has acquired CyberSolve, a specialist in identity and access management, Security Brief Australia reports.

This acquisition is designed to create a combined force that helps large enterprises modernize their identity systems, automate security controls using artificial intelligence, and strengthen their overall security posture. The merger integrates CyberSolve's specialized IAM expertise, gained from over 650 client implementations across sectors like finance and healthcare, with Hexaware's extensive global delivery and operations scale. Siddharth Dhar, a President at Hexaware, stated that the union combines CyberSolve's "craftsmanship in identity programs" with Hexaware's platform-led approach to deliver faster value and stronger security controls for clients.

A key focus will be on leveraging AI to streamline identity governance and ensure continuous compliance. CyberSolve's CEO, Mohit Vaish, expressed that joining Hexaware allows them to scale their mission and apply AI more deeply to create measurable security outcomes. The combined entity aims to accelerate client onboarding, platform migrations, and secure digital growth initiatives.
