What it takes

Deep technical understanding of network security functions focused on stateful and non-stateful technologies, high availability IP architectures, IPv4 and IPv6 networking, and host-based systems are critical. 

Compensation

Analyst-level roles start at around $75k, engineers typically earn $100k-$115k, and managers often start around $120k-$130k.
