People on the move: Appointment at RAD Data Communications

RAD Data Communications has appointed Professor Daniel Kofman the new chief technology officer. Kofman holds a doctorate with highest honours from France's Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications, where he has taught and carried out research for the past 13 years. He is also the scientific coordinator of the European Network of Excellence Euro-NGI, and is contributing to the upcoming Commission Framework Program 7.
