Joanna Hu is a senior data scientist at Exabeam and is responsible for conducting research on attackers, leading projects, designing various algorithms to detect users with multiple accounts, and detecting anomalies. Hu has also been outspoken about the treatment of women in the workplace not just in Silicon Valley but also in Asia and how her own status as an “outsider” overseas helped her earn the respect many women at the same companies were denied.
“Only in an environment fostering gender equality can women truly be treated equally,” Hu says. “Reward should be purely based on one's ability.”
Erin Nealy Cox
US Attorney for the Northern District of Texas
Erin Nealy Cox is the United States Attorney General for the Northern District of Texas. Erin was sworn in position on November 17, 2017, and was appointed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions to be a member of the Attorney General's Advisory Committee (AGAC). Prior to her appointment as U.S. Attorney, Cox worked as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Co. in the cybersecurity and risk practice and served on the board of directors of Sally Beauty Holdings. Between 1999 and 2008, Cox was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Texas, where she prosecuted cybercriminals among others.

She was also recognized as a finalist for a Future Stars of Tech award which looks to inspire, celebrate and empower the next generation of U.K. technology female leadership.
