HackRead reports that the Thai authorities, with the help of the German Federal Security Service, have arrested German national Noah Christopher, to face up to 74 different cybercrime warrants upon his extradition to Germany.

Christopher allegedly founded and operated the cybercrime-as-a-service platforms Neldowner and Fluxstress, which allowed customers worldwide to launch distributed denial-of-service attacks that spread across different countries and pay for the services through digital currencies, including Bitcoin. Thailand's Immigration Bureau officials are currently inspecting Christopher's computers to check for possible attacks targeting Thai organizations. Regional cybercrime expert Jacob Sims said that despite Christopher's arrest, Fluxstress appears to be still online and working.

Christopher reportedly ran his platforms between 2021 and 2025. Prior to hiding in Thailand, he had lived in China and Dubai. Immigration Bureau Commissioner Phanumas Boonyalak said the Thai authorities are now closely investigating individuals who could be a risk to the public and are hiding in the country.
