Tenfold Community Edition adds new features for small organizations

Tenfold's Community Edition now offers enhanced features for organizations with fewer than 150 users, providing full access to its Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. Recent updates include access reviews for shared content and centralized event auditing, according to a recent report by Bleeping Computer.

The tenfold Community Edition provides a free, no-code IGA platform designed for smaller IT teams struggling with manual governance. It offers feature parity with paid tiers, quick setup via integrations with Active Directory and Entra ID, and community support through a dedicated subreddit. New features include shared content governance for Microsoft 365, offering an overview of all shared files across Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, along with recurring access reviews for shared files. This helps organizations prevent oversharing and maintain control over data access. Additionally, the event auditing feature integrates real-time log analysis with IGA, allowing for the ingestion, analysis, and filtering of event log data to quickly identify suspicious activity such as login spikes or the creation of new admin accounts. This enables organizations to respond to identity threats as they emerge.
