SailPoint has introduced new AI-driven capabilities for its platform as part of an adaptive identity vision addressing the complexities of modern enterprises managing human users, machine identities, and AI agents across cloud and digital environments, reports CRN Asia. The company argues that traditional identity governance models relying on periodic manual reviews are no longer effective in today's dynamic threat landscape. SailPoint has also expanded identity security to non-human identities with new connectors for platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Databricks, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Salesforce Agentforce.A new AI agent for SailPoint Harbor Pilot simplifies access requests through a conversational interface.
