One Identity has named Michael Henricks as chief financial and operating officer, consolidating finance and operations leadership as the company scales its identity security business, Security Brief United Kingdom reports.Henricks, formerly CEO and CFO of Momentive Software, brings more than three decades of experience across technology and private equity-backed firms. In the newly created role, he will oversee global finance, strategic planning, and operational execution, aligning investment decisions more closely with day-to-day operations. CEO Praerit Garg said the move will strengthen how the company "plan[s], operate[s], and invest[s]" as identity security becomes foundational to modern IT.One Identity, which serves over 11,000 organizations and manages more than 500 million identities, is positioning its platform to meet growing demand for governance, privileged access, and hybrid deployment models. Henricks said identity sits at the heart of secure operations and emphasized the need for scalable, reliable platforms as customers modernize. The appointment reflects broader market pressure on identity vendors to deliver resilience, flexibility, and disciplined growth.
