As reported by Silicon Angle, product security startup Nullify Holdings Pty. Ltd. announced it has raised $12.5 million in new funding. This capital will accelerate the deployment of its AI workforce, designed to enhance product security for mid-sized enterprises and high-growth software-as-a-service companies globally.

Founded in 2022, Nullify offers an autonomous AI workforce that acts as a team of security engineers. The platform ingests code, cloud configurations, and business context to understand the technology stack and identify vulnerabilities. Unlike traditional scanners, Nullify's AI can autonomously triage, validate, and generate proofs of exploitability, reducing false positives and prioritizing risks based on business impact. The system can also generate merge-ready fixes and integrate with development tools like GitHub and Jira to assign and track remediation, aiming to automate the entire vulnerability management lifecycle.

The company reports significant time savings and a high rate of auto-resolved vulnerabilities for early adopters. This funding round, led by SYN Ventures, highlights the growing demand for automated security solutions in the face of increasingly sophisticated AI-enabled threats.
