Per Silicon Angle, Linx Security Inc., an identity security and government platform startup, announced it has secured $50 million in new funding. This capital infusion is earmarked for expanding its global presence, scaling enterprise go-to-market strategies, and accelerating product development, particularly in the area of autonomous identity governance.

Founded in 2023, Linx Security addresses the increasing complexity of managing human, machine, and application identities across enterprise environments. Their platform continuously monitors identity behavior, permissions, and relationships across cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and internal systems. It achieves this by ingesting activity logs and access policies, processing this data to map identity relationships and privilege structures. This enables the detection of anomalies, excessive permissions, and policy violations.

A key component is their AI agent, Autopilot, which evaluates data to identify risks and suggest remediation. The platform supports automated discovery, privilege analysis, and risk detection for both human and nonhuman identities, including service accounts and API keys, and offers workflow support for access management.
