Founded in 2020, Escape's platform utilizes AI agents to simulate attacker behavior, identifying vulnerabilities in live environments that stem from application logic, configuration, and integrations post-deployment. The system continuously maps external attack surfaces and conducts automated security assessments against live services, emulating penetration testing techniques. These AI agents interact with authentication flows, APIs, and business logic to uncover weaknesses and perform ongoing attack-surface discovery.

The platform generates remediation guidance that integrates into engineering workflows, aiming to streamline the process from detection to contextual remediation for cloud-based applications and distributed software environments.
