CrowdStrike, AWS, NVIDIA back AI security startups

Security Brief Australia reports that CrowdStrike, Amazon Web Services, and NVIDIA have expanded their Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator globally to support early-stage companies developing AI-driven cloud security solutions.

Now in its third year, the eight-week programme offers mentorship, funding opportunities, and technical guidance from leaders across the three firms, helping startups gain visibility and access to key investor networks.

"We're building a global ecosystem of innovators driving the future of cybersecurity," said Daniel Bernard, CrowdStrike's chief business officer. The accelerator has already helped 59 startups collectively raise over USD $730 million, with several achieving acquisitions or major funding rounds, including Onum and Terra Security.

The upcoming cohort will culminate in a Demo Day at AWS's Startup Loft in San Francisco, where standout participants may secure investment from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund. Organizers said the initiative underscores a shared mission to advance cloud and AI security innovation through NVIDIA's accelerated computing and AWS’s global infrastructure.
