Security Brief Australia reports that BeyondTrust and Ping Identity have launched a unified identity security solution available as a bundled package on the AWS Marketplace, aiming to simplify procurement and deployment for organizations grappling with fragmented identity systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
The integrated offering combines BeyondTrust's privileged access management and endpoint security tools with Ping Identity's identity capabilities, allowing customers to purchase and manage the entire suite through a single vendor point of contact and consolidated billing via AWS. According to David Manks, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at BeyondTrust, the packaged solution helps customers "strengthen their identity security and Zero Trust initiatives" while scaling governance more rapidly.
The joint solution is designed to address common operational inefficiencies, such as inconsistent security policies and the burden of managing multiple separate tools, by providing an end-to-end framework that automates security decisions for both human and non-human identities. Key features include support for just-in-time least privilege access and Zero Trust models.
