Major South Korean credit card provider Lotte Card had data from 2.97 million users, or nearly a third of its subscribers, compromised following a cyberattack, The Korea Herald reports.
Infosecurity Magazine reports that almost 194,000 individuals were confirmed by New York Blood Center, a major U.S. independent blood bank, to have had their data stolen following a breach of its internal systems in January.
Major U.S. luxury jewelry maker Tiffany & Co. disclosed that more than 2,500 of its customers had their data stolen following a cyberattack against its systems in May, Cybernews reports.
