Problem solving came in number one on the list, with 48% of respondents saying it is the most important people skill for incident response. Another 20% of respondents ranked it number two on the list of people skills, further underscoring the skill's value among responders.Team skills got 19% of the votes for top people skill, placing a far second on the list by comparison.
