We found this product to be fairly simple to get up and running. Much of the configuration is done simply by navigating through the web-based GUI and entering configuration information. The tab-based organization of the web GUI is quite intuitive and we had no trouble administering the box. Setting up resources was also quite simple.
This appliance offers a good amount of flexibility for getting remote users the access to the resources they need. Authentication can be based on the already existing structures of Active Directory, LDAP or RADIUS. Portals can also be customized to fit the needs of several different groups of users.
This product has several PDF guides and manuals available. Aside from a few very specific feature guides, such as NetExtender and Virtual Assist, there is also an administrator guide, user guide and getting started guide. The getting started guide illustrates the initial deployment and configuration details, while the administrator's guide provides a great amount of detail on advanced configuration and managing the appliance. The user guide focuses on using the portal and the features from the end-user's perspective. All these manuals are well organized, easy to follow and provide many screen shots.

We find this product to be an excellent value for the money. It provides a solid feature set for a medium-sized environment without breaking the bank.
