SC Media wins top honor at Eddie & Ozzie Awards

SC Media’s 2018 Women in Security print issue took home first place in Folio Magazine’s Eddie & Ozzie Awards for best B2B magazine covering technology/telecom.

The SC team behind Women in Security consisted of Illena Armstrong is VP, editorial; Teri Robinson, Michael Strong, art director, executive editor; Doug Olenick, online editor; and Bradley Barth, senior reporter.

Women in Security is SC’s annual look at how well the cybersecurity industry is doing attracting more females to the industry. This year the issue found more women brought onboard and even more effort being made to increase these numbers further.

SC Media also won an Honorable Mention in the Digital Excellence Campaign/Product Awards Category.

This is the first award SC Media has won as part of the CyberRisk Alliance, which acquired the 30-year-old brand in August 2019.
