AMD and Intel have announced plans to design anti-buffer overflowsystems in to their next generation of PC chipsets, to counter thecontinual security problems with the Windows operating systems.AMD says it will include the technology in its Athlon-64 range ofprocessors, whilst Intel will offer the facility on its nextgeneration of Pentium chipsets.www.amd.comwww.intel.com
