Breach Security, a web application security vendor, has acquired Thinking Stone, a service provider for the open-source ModSecurity web application firewall. ModSecurity is said to be the world's most widely deployed web application firewall, and now Breach will contribute to the open-source community by overseeing new releases of the product, in addition to blending the technology into its existing security solutions.
