Sean McElroy

Dr. Sean McElroy is chief risk officer at Lumin Digital, responsible for cybersecurity, risk management and privacy programs while tasked with securely scaling cloud-based digital banking across global data centers. He also co-founded Alkami Technology, where he served in roles ranging from CTO to CISO. He earned a doctorate in cyber defense from Dakota State University, a Master of Science in information security engineering from the SANS Technology Institute, and a BBA in management information systems from the University of Oklahoma. He holds CISSP, CISM and multiple GIAC certifications.
