Justin Bradshaw is Sr. Director of Information Security at Transcat (NASDAQ: TRNS), where he serves as the company’s Head of Information Security. Transcat is a leading provider of accredited calibration services and test and measurement instruments for regulated industries including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, automotive, and life sciences.

In this role, he leads Transcat’s information security, security engineering, and IT disaster recovery programs, and directs the company’s approach to AI governance and security. He also works to enable DevSecOps practices, helping security keep pace with the business.

Over his career, he has led information security teams and programs across retail, medical device manufacturing, life sciences, and now calibration and test and measurement services. He specializes in building security programs from the ground up, maturing existing programs to the next level, and leading complete program transformations, continuously evolving each to meet the changing needs of the business and its adversaries.

He holds a degree in Computer Systems and Networking with a minor in Computer Security, along with twelve industry certifications, including the CISSP, seven GIAC credentials, and several vendor-specific certifications from vendors like Cisco and Palo Alto Networks.

He also serves on the GIAC Advisory Board, helping shape the direction of GIAC’s security certifications, and is a member of the SANS CISO Leadership Group, a peer community of senior security executives.
