Patricia “Patty” Voight is the Chief Information Security Officer for Webster Financial Corporation and Webster Bank, where she leads cybersecurity and technology risk strategy to support growth, operational resilience, and digital trust in an increasingly AI-driven financial landscape. Since joining Webster in 2024, she has focused on protecting information assets, strengthening resilience, and helping the business navigate disruption securely and confidently.
Patty brings extensive experience across global financial institutions, including Citigroup, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, AIG, IBM, and Verizon. Before Webster, she was a Managing Director at Ernst & Young LLP, leading Technology Risk, Integrated Cybersecurity, and Privacy for the Americas.
A recognized industry leader, Patty contributes to global cybersecurity and digital trust standards through organizations such as ISACA and the Cyber Risk Institute. Her work focuses on AI, cyber resilience, ecosystem risk, quantum disruption, and emerging geopolitical threats, while also supporting the next generation of cybersecurity talent through mentorship and academic partnerships.
