Michael Miora
Michael Miora is a seasoned security executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership and consulting roles. He is the Founder and Chief Consultant of InfoSec Labs. He has served as the Managing Director, Cyber Risk at Kroll. Previously he was Sr. Vice President and Global CISO of Korn Ferry, a global public company with over 100 offices in 80 countries. He also serves on the advisory board of several startup security firms.
He leverages experience in building security products and designing go-to-market campaigns for products including automated business continuity planning software, anti-spam protection, and security awareness and training programs for financial, healthcare, communications, pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. Miora has designed secure, survivable and highly robust systems for Industry and Government, and has assessed and secured some of our most important national security agencies, space defense programs and many of our largest corporations.
Certified as one of the original CISSP-ISSMP professionals, Miora also gained the prestigious designation as a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI), a limited and exclusive honor, and has held top secret clearances for a variety of defense programs. He is also a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner. He is also a contributor to the Computer Security Handbook, by Wiley & Sons and served for many years as Adjunct Professor at Norwich University, having designed the MS CyberSecurity and MS Business Continuity degree programs.
