Kash Shaikh

Kash Shaikh is the President and CEO of Securonix, a cybersecurity leader in AI-Reinforced Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response. With over 30 years of experience, he has led high-impact growth across the software, SaaS, and AI infrastructure sectors. Previously, Kash served as President and CEO of Virtana, where he drove sustained profitability, expanded into FinOps and AIOps, and executed acquisitions to scale the product roadmap and customer base. At Dell, he led the Enterprise Solutions Business to a 28% CAGR, growing it to a $2 billion global operation through strategic partnerships and operational excellence. He has also held executive roles at HP, Cisco, Ruckus Wireless, and Nortel Networks. Kash’s leadership has earned top honors including the Stevie Gold Executive of the Year (2022) and Comparably’s Best CEO for Women & Diversity (2022–2023).
