John Pritchard

As CEO of Radiant Logic, John Pritchard is the visionary behind the company’s mission to simplify identity complexity and redefine how enterprises secure and manage identity data. Under his leadership, Radiant Logic has evolved from its foundational data-centric approach to pioneering Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), integrating advanced analytics and AI-driven real-time observability to give organizations complete visibility and control over their identity infrastructure.

Before stepping into the CEO role, John served as Chief Product Officer, where he spearheaded the transformation of Radiant Logic’s platform to meet the dynamic needs of hybrid and multi-cloud environments. John has held data and AI roles at Adobe, implementing Sensei AI for content intelligence, Okta, extending the Okta Risk Engine for fraud detection and IBM, launching cloud-scale database services.

John holds a B.S. in Information Systems from American University, an M.S. in Telecommunications from George Washington University, an MBA from Duke University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver, where his research focused on Open Innovation in Artificial Intelligence.
