Evgeniy Kharam has more than two decades of experience spanning hands-on security architecture, executive strategy, and cybersecurity evangelism. As Chief Strategy Officer of Discern Security, he leads the company’s strategic roadmap, drives go-to-market expansion, and elevates Discern’s thought leadership efforts as it scales its platform globally. Before joining Discern Security, Evgeniy founded EK Cyber and Media Consulting, advising cybersecurity vendors and MSSPs on go-to-market strategy, product integration, and platform positioning. His insights have supported investment due diligence and M&A evaluations, shaping the growth of emerging security ventures.  A respected voice in the cybersecurity community, Evgeniy co-hosts leading industry podcasts, including Security Architecture Podcast and Cyber Inspiration. His passion for mentorship and communication shines through his book, Architecting Success: The Art of Soft Skills in Technical Sales. Evgeniy co-founded the Ski & Snowboard Cybersecurity Conference, and he also has a long history in leading workshops and assessments for large enterprises across North America and Europe, helping organizations close control gaps and fortify their security posture.
