Charles Loring

Charles “Chuck” Loring is a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with the Department of Innovation & Technology at the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, as well as the founder of Cybersec Consulting Leaders LLC, a private cybersecurity consulting firm. With over 25 years of experience in public & private sector technology and information security, Chuck specializes in SOC operations, threat management, enterprise security assessments, and organization-wide security awareness training. He holds multiple industry credentials, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), and Certified Healthcare Information Security Leader(CHISL).

Throughout his career, Chuck has focused on bridging technical defense strategies with practical operational governance. Beyond his daily oversight of public sector infrastructure and private advisory work, he actively contributes to the cybersecurity community as a mentor in the MS-ISAC Leadership Mentoring Program, helping guide and develop the next generation of information security leaders.
