A recent highlight: helping a client scale from ~100 to 4,500 employees with secure, scalable infrastructure and strategic roadmaps that enabled rapid expansion, ultimately contributing to a $1.2B acquisition. Our security philosophy is Microsoft Defender‑first, strengthened by strategic partnerships. As a preferred ThreatLocker partner and member of their Partner Advisory Board, I help influence their roadmap. ThreatLocker’s prevention‑first, left‑of‑boom approach complements Defender perfectly, aligning with MITRE ATT&CK and integrating seamlessly into the Microsoft ecosystem. After a decade building custom tools around Microsoft platforms and RMM systems, I entered the MSP channel in 2016 during a period of explosive growth. I saw the fragmentation, technical debt, and weak compliance posture across the industry and in late 2023, I led a shift toward a unified ERP built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Partnering with TekStack, we’re now building a purpose‑built ITSM platform entirely within Microsoft’s Dataverse. This Microsoft‑first architecture delivers superior data governance, deep M365/Azure/Power Platform integration, and AI‑native readiness. It eliminates silos, enables intelligent automation, and empowers IT teams to deliver proactive, compliant, high‑impact services. My mission is simple: build resilient, intelligent technology environments that drive real business outcomes, whether through enterprise cybersecurity, AI operations, M&A transformations, or secure scaling.
