Symark buys BeyondTrust

Symark International, a vendor of Unix/Linux access management solutions, today announced the acquisition of BeyondTrust, a vendor access management solutions for Windows platforms. The combined entity, to be called BeyondTrust, can now provide authentication, auditing and privilege analysis across the Windows, UNIX, Linux and Mac OS platforms, the company said, enabling customers to improve security and attain compliance objectives. — GM
