RSA partners with First Data

RSA has partnered with First Data, a leading payment processor, to create a service that will enable First Data's retail customers to remove customer credit card data from their systems, while still allowing access to it if needed. The service, First Data Secure Transition Management, is designed to shift the compliance burden to the acquiring banks, thus reducing the cost and complexity of payment industry security guidelines for merchants.
