Report: Eugene Kaspersky’s son kidnapped, ransom demanded

Reports out of Russia say the 20-year-old son of Eugene Kaspersky, co-founder and CEO of anti-virus firm Kaspersky Lab, has been kidnapped, and his captors are demanding a $4.3 million ransom for his return. According to a story (translated) on lifenews.ru, Ivan Kaspersky, a college student, was kidnapped Tuesday morning while on his way to work in Moscow. Eugene Kaspersky recently made Forbes' list of the 200 wealthiest Russian businessmen. A Kaspersky Lab spokesman told SCMagazineUS.com that the company had no comment.
