Rapid7 launches AI-powered risk intelligence

Rapid7 has introduced AI-generated risk intelligence to its Command Platform, designed to simplify vulnerability management and enhance remediation strategies, Cyber Daily reports.

The new capability, delivered through the Remediation Hub, converts complex exposure data into practical insights that help security teams prioritize fixes and communicate risks more clearly. Alongside this, Rapid7 rolled out upgraded vulnerability intelligence within its Intelligence Hub, offering curated, real-world threat context for better decision-making.

The updates come amid increasing demand for measurable risk reduction as attackers accelerate their tactics. According to Forrester, 22% of enterprise security leaders cite the lack of a unified remediation strategy as a key obstacle.

"Exposures are growing faster than teams can respond," said Craig Adams, Rapid7's Chief Product Officer. He emphasized that the company's AI-driven enhancements bring "shared context, fewer debates, and faster mean time to remediate."

The new system provides plain-language risk summaries and integrates CVE profiles to link vulnerabilities with live threat activity.
