Uber CEO Travis Kalanick last night became the latest public target of the OurMine hacking group, which posted an unauthorized message on his Twitter page, likely after hijacking his linked Quora account.
According to a report by BuzzFeed, the incident mirrored OurMine's hacking of Google CEO Sundar Pichai's Quora account three days ago. The Twitter post itself read: “You have been hacked by OurMine Team Visit our website to secure yourself ourmine.org?” The tweet was quickly deleted, noted BuzzFeed.
The hack also follows the group's prominent takeover of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's Twitter and Pinterest accounts.
