Keeper Security has launched a direct integration with ServiceNow designed to funnel real-time identity and privileged access security alerts into centralized IT and security incident management workflows, according to IT Brief Asia. The new connector channels alerts from Keeper's password, secrets, and privileged access management platforms, including KeeperPAM and BreachWatch, directly into ServiceNow's IT Service Management and Security Incident Response modules. This aims to address the critical threat of credential-based attacks, which, according to industry data, factor into 60% of breaches. By converting Keeper's telemetry into structured ServiceNow tickets with contextual metadata, the integration seeks to eliminate manual alert correlation and provide security teams with immediate, actionable signals within their existing operational platform.Keeper's CTO, Craig Lurey, stated the integration delivers "reliable signals and immediate context," allowing analysts to focus on response rather than data aggregation. The setup uses secure OAuth 2.0 webhooks and includes a dedicated ServiceNow application to guide configuration without custom development.
