Three weeks after hijacking Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's Twitter and Pinterest accounts, the mischievous OurMine hacking group appears to have briefly seized control of Google CEO Sundar Pichai's Quora account.
Because Pichai's account with the community-based Q&A website was linked to his Twitter account, the hackers were also able to post on his Twitter page, reported The Next Web. “We are just testing your security,” the hacking group posted on Pichai's Twitter page, encouraging the CEO to visit's OurMine's website to update his security.
According to the report, OurMine contacted The Next Web and claimed the hack was made possible by a vulnerability in Quora's platform. The hack on Zuckerberg, on the other hand, was due to his credentials being leaked in the LinkedIn password dump.
