After a five-day paid leave of absence, Vivek Kundra has resumed his post as federal chief information officer, The New York Times reported. FBI agents searched his former office last week at Washington, D.C.'s technology department and charged a former employee -- the chief security officer -- with bribery. In confirmation, White House spokesman Nick Shapiro told CNN: "Mr. Kundra has been informed that he is neither a subject nor a target of the investigation and has been reinstated." — CAM
