This risk highlights the need for faster incident recovery, a factor 95% of business leaders agree could provide a competitive advantage, with further coverage provided by Tech Radar.Research from PagerDuty indicates that beyond lost revenue, businesses face substantial risks including reputational damage (cited by 53%), lost productivity (48%), and developer burnout (42%). While 68% of UK & Ireland organizations and 71% globally reported increased operational resilience in the past year, investment in resilience varies.
