AiStrike, a cybersecurity company focused on artificial intelligence-native cyber defense, has raised $7 million in seed funding to enhance its platform for cybersecurity operations. The funding round was led by Blumberg Capital, with contributions from Runtime Ventures, NextEra Energy Investments, and Oregon Venture Fund. The company aims to shift from reactive security measures to proactive tools that anticipate and prevent cyber threats before they escalate, as reported by Silicon Angle.

AiStrike's platform utilizes agentic AI to continuously assess a company's threat landscape and map it against their specific environment. This allows the AI to identify the most likely threat actors, techniques, and scenarios an organization is exposed to. Based on this analysis, AiStrike takes preemptive actions such as applying targeted controls, deploying deception techniques to detect suspicious behavior, proactively hunting for threat indicators, prioritizing threats, and adapting to new information.

The company emphasizes that its AI system is built defensively, using domain-specific models grounded in threat intelligence and customer context to minimize errors and false conclusions. Customers include commercial enterprises, security providers, and public-sector organizations like Sunrun Inc. and FedTec LLC.
